Order
Ordering is super simple: After placing the desired items in your basket, you can complete your order by clicking the »checkout« button.
During the ordering process, you can easily set up a customer account and log in automatically.
Afterwards, you will be guided through the three-step-ordering process (address – payment method – confirmation) to finalize your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order without registering an account.
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it’s been finalised.
Once an order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can’t be changed.
But you can cancel an order for a limited time after it’s been placed; before it’s picked in the warehouse. If this option shows as available to you, we recommend simply cancelling the order and placing a new one.
Cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Our warehouse is very fast when it comes to processing orders. Due to this, cancellations may only be possible for a few minutes after the order has been placed.

3. Click on »Cancel delivery«
If your cancellation request has been successfully processed, the order will be marked as »Cancelled« and you will receive an email affirming your cancellation. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our customer service.
You can check your previous orders, log onto your account with your email address and password.

On the app, the customer account icon can be found at the bottom right-hand corner.
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation via email, which lists the ordered items, your billing and delivery address, as well as the chosen payment option. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you, and we hope you will have lots of fun with your new items. In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply initiate the return process.
